All of our hearing aids and remotes come with a full 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. Accessories are not covered under warranty.

Warranty claims will not be valid if the Audicus device has been modified or damaged by the user, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of Audicus.
