Marianne Cramer is the Head Audiologist at Audicus. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of Audiology. Marianne received her master’s degree from the University of New Mexico and has since then worked across the US and internationally. She is currently a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Hearing Clinic appointments are 100% free when you book for the first time or are in-trial. There is a $75 fee for follow-up appointments.

We're committed to keeping our customers and staff safe during the pandemic. To accomplish this, we conduct temperature checks and ask that our customers wear masks and social distance when possible. Our staff will be wearing PPE and implementing sanitation measures like disinfecting clinic surfaces with industrial cleaner.

We provide audiometry (hearing) screening and testing and perform hearing aid adjustments. An audiology specialist is available on-site to check your hearing and help you find the right hearing aid based on their assessment. Customers are able to try on hearing aid products to find the best match for their needs.

We recommend blocking out a full hour for your hearing clinic appointment.

We'll conduct a hearing test, then go over our products and program the hearing aid you choose. Our audiology specialist will make an individualized recommendation based on your preferences, needs, and test results. You get your hearing aids on the same day as your appointment; there's no waiting!

Yes! Online discounts can be used in our retail stores.

We're located in Manhattan, NY. Our hearing clinic is in Herald Square, on Seventh Avenue, just across the street from Macy’s.
