Audicus prioritizes the safety and health of our customers and team members above all else. In light of the current coronavirus pandemic, we have updated and strengthened our sanitization processes to keep you and your family safe.

At Audicus headquarters we have sent many of our team members home to work remotely. Some team members, like those responsible for shipping, process any new orders at headquarters following CDC guidelines.

Before processing any orders, each team member dons nitrile gloves and thoroughly disinfects their workspace, as well as all high-touch areas (door knobs, elevator buttons, etc.) using an industrial disinfectant designed to kill viruses such as H1N1 and the coronavirus. In addition, the entire office is professionally cleaned on a regular basis throughout the week.

Handling of devices is always done with gloves, and disinfectant spray and alcohol-based sanitizer is used throughout the day.

Recent studies from The New England Journal of Medicine have shown the coronavirus cannot last on inert surfaces for more than a few days, which means items received in the mail are safe to use.

We continue to monitor the health of our team members and take all precautions available.
