Audicus Membership is open to all residents of the United States of America. A one-time start-up fee of $100 will be charged followed by monthly payments for the duration of the Membership.

The Membership gives you access to high-quality hearing aids at a low monthly fee, including:
- Quarterly Care Accessory packages
- Repairs, Cleanings, and Reprogrammings covered
- $199 Loss Replacement
- Exchange for new hearing aids every 18 months

The Membership lasts as long as you want it to. Whether you want to be a Member for 3 months or 3 years. Cancel anytime by contacting our support team and returning the hearing aids.
The Audicus Membership will automatically be charged monthly to your credit or debit card. There is a one-time set-up fee of US$100 charged on the date of sign-up in addition to your first month’s payment.
To cancel your Membership, contact our support team who will give you instructions to return. Once Audicus has received the devices, all future payments will stop. Reach out to customer support via chat, phone (855-971-0451) or email ([email protected]) for more info. If you do not return the devices, you must pay an additional $199 per device upon your cancellation.
If you are within the 45 Day Trial Period, if you decide to purchase your hearing aids in Full, Audicus will terminate your Membership plan and you will receive a full refund for any payments made during your Membership Trial Period. To buy your hearing aids outright, click “Buy Now” on the Audicus main page.
After 18 months you can exchange your hearing aids for a brand new set free of charge. You will be required to send in your current device(s) prior to receiving the new set. This new set will be the same make and model as the device(s) that you initially purchased as a part of your Membership program.
Your devices ship with all the accessories needed for 3 months of operation. The Audicus Membership includes Audicus Care, which automatically ships accessories to your door every 3 months. If you need any accessories in between shipments, just contact us. Any additional accessories such as a Classic or Bluetooth Remote must be purchased separately.

With the Audicus Membership, your hearing aids are fully covered for any accidental damage or wear-and-tear, without additional cost to you. Please contact Audicus and let us know, we’ll be happy to help. Minor repairs can be done in our office. More extensive repairs may require shipment to the manufacturer in the US.
Should you lose a hearing aid, as a Member, you have loss protection. Please contact us and let us know, we’ll be happy to help. As an Audicus Member, a lost hearing device can be replaced for a one-time fee of $199/device.
Financing is not available for the Audicus Membership.
Many insurance companies will not recognize a monthly payment as worthy of reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider to verify coverage.
We do not offer discounts on the Membership.
At this time the Audicus Membership is only available to residents of the United States of America. A valid credit or debit card with more than 6 months before expiry must be used to enroll in the Audicus Membership.
