If you received Audicus Hearing Aids from a friend or family member then, before we can reprogram the devices we need to add a device transfer to your profile for a change fee.
This transfer puts the devices under your name and allows you to enjoy all the benefits of being an Audicus customer, including unlimited free reprogramming. This change fee is the same for one or two devices.
