Personalize Your Solo
Order the Solo online and we’ll send it you with your stored hearing preferences. You’ll have 45 days to try it!
If you are returning your hearing devices during the 45-day span because they stopped working correctly, please consult the troubleshooting section of the manual and/or do the following checks:
- Clean the end pieces
- Clean the tubes
- Insert new batteries
- Make sure the battery door is closed and the device is switched on
Before returning your hearing devices please contact us (888-203-1096), and we’ll do our best to help you benefit from them. To return your hearing aids or PSAs, please follow the steps below:
Fill out the online return form.
Put the hearing devices (in their case) in a package. The hearing aids and PSAs are fragile, so make sure they’re secure.
Mail the package to:

Insure the package, and get a tracking number and signature confirmation to ensure it reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged shipments and will not accept damaged hearing devices as returns.
The 45-day trial period will start from the day we ship the device. If you decide to return a product, the mailing date should be no later than 45 days after the shipping date. Also, keep in mind that the return policy applies to hearing aids only, not accessories, and that we won't be able to cover the return shipping fees. For international orders, we will not be able to cover shipping and customs cost.
The return policy will not apply if an Audicus device has been modified or damaged, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of Audicus. In such cases, you will be billed for the full amount of the device.
