2. Send us Your Hearing Test 

Our hearing aids are programmed to your individual hearing loss. We therefore ask you to send us your hearing test results by email (audiograms@audicus.com) or fax (888-498-5366). If you haven't done a hearing test in the last twelve months, you can either schedule a visit at an audiology clinic or a Costco. Note that the aJive personal sound amplifier does not require a hearing test.

3. Receive in the Mail

You will receive your Audicus hearing instrument in the mail within 3-5 business days. All our products have a one year manufacturer warranty, a 45-day money back guarantee, as well as free programming adjustments for the lifetime of the product.
